It has been a bit since I last posted anything on here so I will give a summary. We did a few street fairs Bradley Beach on Memorial Day weekend and The Belmar Seafood Festival. As usual Bradley Beach was a good time, you can never go wrong with the combination of the beach, holiday weekend, great food and beautiful scenery. The weather was nice all weekend and a good time was had by all.




We also did a catering job for Stevens Institute of Technology on the Hudson River in Hoboken, NJ. All I can say is WOW college kids can eat, we did not have a crumb left and the view was so beautiful with NYC right across the river. We then catered a benefit motorcycle run for the Ronald McDonald House of Southern NJ in Camden, NJ. We donated the food and gor help from, my mother, Emmy, Jordan, Rebecca and Reg who thankfully all donated their time to help the kids. This was a great day despite the weather.
